IMOGEN is a contemporary visual artist born, raised, and based out of the Caribbean. She draws inspiration from the symbolism she finds in her own or adjacent cultures and the often bestial forms found in her own dreams to tie into her current work. Currently, Imogen aims to capture qualia—the memory of a feeling—through the use of colours, shapes, and textures to guide a person’s eyes and memory. She uses her work as a place where dialogue can occur between viewer, art, and their own psychology.
